I consider myself a Linux guy, using command line is my second nature. I feel proud if my machine is Linux only. However, occasionally and unavoidably I need to use Windows machine to handle some minor chores. When I brought my MSI Wind in September 2008, I had three questions to ask myself. Should it be a Linux only machine? If not, should it be a dual-boot system to handle both Linux and Windows, or should I install a virtual machine such as VMWare to run Windows.

For the past two months I had attended two important conferences related to my career, DrupalCon 2009 in Washington DC and Moodle Moot 2009 in Edmonton. There were over 1400 attendees in DrupalCon 2009. It was amazing to see so many drupalers come together and learn from each other. I did not learn much about the technical aspect of drupal, however, I did learn a lot the conceptual side of drupal. I was amazed to see how solid and sound the framework drupal is.
